If the flatness deviation exceeds 4 mm, a leveling mortar coat is required.<\/p><p>Surveying &amp; Setting Out: Based on the architectural drawings, mark horizontal and vertical control lines on the wall to determine the precise installation position for each individual panel.<\/p><p><strong><b>II.<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>Preparation of Specialized Bonding Mortar <\/b><\/strong><\/p><p>Use high-performance polymer bonding mortar. Mix thoroughly with water according to the specified ratio.<\/p><p>Note: Mix only as much as needed for immediate use. The prepared mortar should generally be used within 2 hours.<\/p><p><strong><b>III. <\/b><\/strong><strong><b>Panel Installation (Core Step)<\/b><\/strong><\/p><p>Adhesive Pattern: The &#8220;Strip-and-Dot&#8221; (Ribbon-and-Dab) method is standard. Apply a continuous ribbon of adhesive around the perimeter of the panel back, with 5\u20138 evenly distributed adhesive &#8220;dots&#8221; in the center.<\/p><p>Bonding Area: The effective bonding area must not be less than 40% of the total panel surface. For high-rise buildings, this requirement is even stricter, reaching 60% or higher.<\/p><p>Mounting: Press the panel onto the predetermined position. Joint Treatment &amp; Weather Sealing<\/b><\/strong><\/p><p>Backing: Insert polyethylene (PE) backer rods into the panel joints at a consistent depth.<\/p><p>Sealing: Apply masking tape to protect the panel edges.
