RS-Rock Wool Board

RS-WALLROCK is engineered from natural igneous rocks (such as basalt and dolomite). These minerals are melted at temperatures exceeding 1450°C and processed through state-of-the-art four-roll centrifuges into fine fibers. With the addition of specialized binders and water-repellents, the fibers are cured into boards. Its three-dimensional fiber structure ensures exceptional dimensional stability under various mechanical stresses.

  • Compressive & Tensile Strength: Utilizing a specialized fiber orientation process, our products offer high perpendicular tensile strength (TR value), making them ideal for External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS) with thin base coats.
