RS-EPS :is a lightweight, closed-cell rigid foam plastic. Its manufacturing process is highly precise: expandable polystyrene beads containing a pentane blowing agent undergo pre-expansion in a controlled steam environment, expanding their volume by 40 to 50 times, followed by aging and secondary molding within a specialized mold. The microstructure consists of approximately 98% air and 2% polystyrene framework. This “static air” encapsulation structure provides an extremely low thermal conductivity, making it an ideal medium for building thermal insulation.
Seismic & Crack Resistance: The material possesses excellent toughness, allowing it to absorb stresses from micro-seismic movements in the building structure. When used with reinforced mesh, it significantly reduces the risk of surface cracking.
Lightweight & Easy to Handle: Its light texture and ease of cutting significantly accelerate on-site construction and reduce labor costs.
Outstanding Hydrophobicity: The material features excellent moisture resistance, maintaining structural stability even under harsh construction and service environments.
High Cost-Performance: While meeting mainstream international energy-saving standards, it provides the most competitive cost solutions for large-scale residential renovations and commercial projects.
Low Carbon & Eco-Friendly: The production process is free of CFCs or HCFCs, and the product is 100% recyclable, complying with global environmental regulations.
Global Adaptability: We offer customized solutions in various densities and thicknesses to suit diverse climates, ranging from the high-temperature deserts of Saudi Arabia to the high-humidity regions of India and Indonesia.
