RS-Aerogel Coating is a high-performance thermal insulation material with silica aerogelas its core functional component. It forms a dense, nanoporous barrier on equipment surfaces via spraying or brushing application.

Elimination of Thermal Bridges: Provides 100% gap-filling for complex shapes like valves and flanges, completely eliminating “thermal bridge” effects that are difficult for traditional insulation to cover.
Ultra-thin Anti-scald & Anti-condensation: A mere 2-3mm coating significantly reduces surface temperatures of high-heat equipment to prevent personnel burns or eliminate condensation on cryogenic pipes.
CUI Protection: The coating adheres tightly to the substrate, preventing moisture from reaching the metal surface and solving the problem of Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) at its root.
