The product is composed of a high-weather-resistance PVDF coating finish, a reinforced layer (metal or inorganic resin), and a high-performance insulation core (such as XPS,EPS,SEPS,or Rockwool).

EPS - Expanded Polystyrene

Highly cost-effective, lightweight, and stable. The economical choice for standard building insulation.

SEPS - Graphite Polystyrene

Lower thermal conductivity than standard EPS; enhances thermal performance by approximately 20%, achieving the same energy savings with a thinner profile.

XPS-Extruded Polystyrene

High closed-cell rate with exceptional compressive strength and near-zero water absorption.Ideal for high-humidity regions or load-bearing applications.

Carrier Layer: High-Density Fiber Cement or Aluminum Panel
Decorative Layer: Utilizing a 2/3-coat & 1-bake process with≥70%PVDF resin. The film features high hardness, scratch resistance, and anti-static properties to prevent dust accumulation.
